Course Information

Saint Leo will host the women's championship on the South Course at Lake Jovita Golf and Country Club in Dade City, Florida. It marks the eighth time an SSC tournament has been played at Lake Jovita, first since 2019.

US Open Champion Tom Lehman and golf course architect Kurt Sandness designed the Lake Jovita 220-acre South course. The strategy behind this course was simple: to take full advantage of the uniquely hilly terrain and create a golf course that is professional tour quality. The Par 5, 11th hole features a 94-foot drop from tee to green, the largest natural elevation change of any course in Florida. The generous fairways, velvet-like greens, and immaculate course conditions provide players of all skill levels with an enjoyable and challenging day of golf.

Fan Information

Parents and friends are welcome to follow players throughout the tournament, per NCAA guidelines. Spectators must remain on the cart path and may use carts only if medically required. Spectators who are walking must either stay on the cart paths or in the rough at least 50 yards away from players at all times.

Communication between spectators and players is prohibited and may result in a penalty to the player as it can be seen by a third party (fellow competitor or a coach from another team) as giving advice to the player.

The penalty for a player asking for and/or receiving advice from a spectator is two strokes under rule 8-1.

The definition of advice is "advice is any counsel or suggestion that could influence a player in determining his play, the choice of a club or the method of making a stroke."

From 1996 to 1999, Division II and III competed in a combined championship. In 14 of the last 22 championships, SSC teams also finished runners-up. Lynn won back-to-back titles in 2013 and 2014.
