NSU's Sasha Maslova and the UT duo of Lisa Bazarova and Courtney Sherwood highlight the repeat All-SSC honorees. All three swimmers received a third consecutive All-SSC First Team honor from conference coaches. Additionally, Sherwood was named the 2019-20 SSC Swimmer of the Year, while Maslova was the 2018-19 Freshman of the Year. Second Team member Savannah Brennan from Florida Tech earns a third consecutive All-SSC honor following a First Team nod in 2019-20 and a Second Team award in 2018-19. Cassie Wright from NSU repeats as a Second Team honoree, and last season's Freshman of the Year, Ewa Osiniak of Lynn, earns Honorable Mention.

First Team award winner, Savanna Best from Nova Southeastern, was recently named the top female athlete at the 2022 SSC Championship. She is the fourth Shark to win the conference's Swimmer of the Meet honor, first since 2018-19. Sherwood also has a Swimmer of the Meet award to her name, earning the accolade in 2019-20.
