INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - SSC swim teams will send 60 individual swimmers and 34 relay teams to the 2022 NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Championships, it was announced by the NCAA Swimming and Diving committee on Wednesday, February 23rd. The event will be held March 9-12 in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Twenty-four SSC men's swimmers qualified for the national meet in 50 individual events, while 36 women qualified in 81 events. Of the 34 relay teams, 19 are men's teams, and 15 are women's teams.
Florida Southern College, Nova Southeastern University, and the University of Tampa will respectfully send the bulk of the swimmers to the national meet at 14, 17, and 14. In five events, three league swimmers enter the National Championship as the overall top qualifier. Luca Alessandrini from NSU is seeded first in the 1000 free and 500 free men's heats. Nova Southeastern's Celina Marquez is the top qualifier for the women in the 100 back and 200 back, while teammate Savanna Best is the pre-meet leader in the 100 breast.
