2025-26 All-SSC Women's Swimming Teams Announced
ORLANDO, Fla. - Twenty-four student-athletes have been selected to the 2025-26 All-SSC Women's Swimming Team. Voting for the team was conducted among the Sunshine State Conference women's swimming coaches.
Tampa, the 2026 SSC women's champion going back-to-back for the second time in program history, boasts 13 honorees, setting a new conference record. Lynn, Nova Southeastern, and Rollins are also represented in this year's conference awards. The Sharks tied their previous high of nine swimmers being honored.

NSU's Kristina Orban highlight’s the list as the reigning SSC Freshmen of the Year was the highest point getter at the championship meet with 80 points. Emilia Ronningdal becomes the eighth SSC women's swimmer to earn four First Team accolades in a career. She joins May Lowy (NSU, 2021-25), Luna Mertins (Lynn, 2021-25), Heather Glenday (Tampa, 2010-14); Alli Crenshaw (FSC, 2012-16); Courtney DeVeny (NSU, 2014-18); Natalia Garriock (Saint Leo, 2014-18); and Malin Westman (NSU, 2014-18) as four-time First Team award winners.
Orban and Ronningdal are joined by teammate Hailey Williams along with Tampa’s Burlingtyn Bokos as repeat First Team members. This is Williams’ third straight season on the First Team as she becomes the 16th athlete to earn three First Team accolades. Orban, Ronningdal, and First Team honoree Lindsey Louder from Tampa were all previously named SSC Freshman of the Year. A total of 14 athletes across the three all-conference teams repeat as a previous league honoree, 12 coming directly from the 2024-25 season.
Tampa’s 13 representatives were spread through all three teams with four on the First and Third teams and five on the Second team. Bokos was their top point getter of the meet with 73 points, placing third overall. Nova Southeastern’s nine athletes were spread evenly, three on each team.
Coach of the Year, Swimmer of the Year, and Freshman of the Year will be voted on by league coaches following the NCAA Division II championship from Tuesday, March 10th to Saturday, March 14th, at the Deaconess Aquatic Center in Evansville, Indiana.
