SSC Records / Top Times | 2025 Championship Recap

First Team and Second Team All-SSC honors reflect an athlete's finish at the league championship, held on Saturday, April 19, at the Embry-Riddle Track & Field Complex in Daytona Beach, Florida. Conference champions are named First Team, while second and third-place finishers earn Second Team laurels. A vote of league coaches following the championship determines the Outdoor Track superlatives.

After winning the 800 and 1500 at the SSC Championship, McConville nets Distance Runner of the Year honors. The Waynesburg, Pennsylvania native's winning times were 1:50.43 and 3:51.28, respectively. McConville has SSC season-best times of 1:49.08 in the 800, 3:47.94 in the 1500, and 14:36 in the 5000. McConville's 1:49.08 is the SSC record and meets the NCAA qualifying standard. His time of 3:47.94 in the 1500 is the Tampa school record and met the NCAA indoor qualifying standard.

Mosley earns Sprinter of the Year honors after a phenomenal season that saw him set two SSC records. His time of 10.18 in the 100 is the fastest in the SSC this season by .32 seconds, and it qualifies him for the NCAA National Championship. At the SSC Championship, he won the event with a time of 10.40. The senior from Savannah, Georgia, also holds the SSC record in the 200 after running a 20.61 at the SSC Championship. His time also qualified him for the NCAA championship. Mosley was a key piece of Lynn's 4 x 400 relay, which placed first at the SSC Championship with a time of 3:09.13.

Bessi was named the Freshman of the Year after winning the 400 hurdles at the SSC Championship in his first season with Florida Tech. The Italian completed the event in 54.31 to set a new school record. This season, Bessi also ran a career-best time of 48.99 in the 400, and his performance in the 4 x 100 helped his team finish second in the event.

Levassiur earns Coach of the Year honors after leading the Florida Southern men's team to a first-place finish at the inaugural SSC Championship. The Moccasins scored 111 points, defeating the field by 17. Levassiur's team dominated the distance events, taking the top four spots in the 10000 and 3000 steeple and five of the top six spots in the 5000. The Mocs also picked up a second-place finish in the 1500.
