Legacy Sports Construction Named 2024 SSC Basketball Championships Presenting Sponsor

MELBOURNE, Fla. - The Sunshine State Conference is pleased to announce Legacy Sports Construction as the presenting sponsor of the 2024 SSC Men's and Women's Basketball Championships. Legacy Sports Construction, an innovator in athletic facilities, has long supported the SSC and its member institutions. 

The SSC Men's Basketball Championship enters its 49th year, while the Women's Basketball tournament will played for a 43rd time. Quarterfinal play for both tournaments begins on Tuesday, March 5th. Semifinal action will tip-off on Thursday, March 7th, and champions will be crowned on Sunday, March 10th. Higher seeds will host each contest throughout the tournaments.

The league will announce brackets and seeding for this year's tournaments on Saturday, March 2nd, following the last regular-season contests. For more information on the SSC Basketball Championships, please visit sunshinestateconference.com.

About the Sunshine State Conference

Founded in 1975, the Sunshine State Conference has risen from a single sports organization to the Division II "Conference of National Champions." Member institutions have won a total of 122 NCAA national championships across 14 sports and boast an NCAA Division II best 89% Academic Success Rate.

The SSC consists of 11 member institutions, all within the state of Florida: Barry University (Miami Shores), Eckerd College (St. Petersburg), Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Daytona Beach), Florida Institute of Technology (Melbourne), Florida Southern College (Lakeland), Lynn University (Boca Raton), Nova Southeastern University (Ft.
