MELBOURNE, Fla. - Twenty-five women's soccer student-athletes have earned All-SSC honors for the 2021 season. League champion Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University boasts nine All-SSC accolades, including Defensive Player of the Year, Freshman of the Year, and Coach of the Year. Voting for the awards was conducted among the conference's women's soccer coaches.

Kate Hostage of the University of Tampa is named Player of the Year following a team-high 21 points during the regular season off eight goals and five assists. The defender from Akranes, Iceland, led an Eagles defense that posted five shutouts and held opponents to 1.00 goals and 9.6 shots per game. Fellow Eagle Hattie Kettle is honored as Freshman of the Year. The defender from Bracknell, England, was a key contributor for ERAU, as she started all 14 games and knocked in two game-winning goals. Agustsdottir and Kettle are the second consecutive Eagles to win Defensive Player of the Year3 and Freshman of the Year4, respectively.

Samantha Bohon becomes the first from Embry-Riddle to be named Coach of the Year in women's soccer after leading the Eagles program to its first SSC regular-season championship. ERAU tallied 22 points from a 7-2-1 conference record to secure this year's trophy. Under Bohon's guidance, the Eagles received home-field advantage throughout the postseason tournament and first-round bye. ERAU has ranked in the United Soccer Coaches Top-25 ranking the last six weeks of the season, topping out at No. 13.

Sankoh and Marie Myhrvold Seim of Embry-Riddle highlight the repeat All-Conference selections for 2021 as both players repeat as First Team honorees from 2019.
