Chris Catanach - University of Tampa, Volleyball
Catanach has the top winning percentage among active Division II volleyball coaches. The Spartans have won 13 SSC championships and twice have advanced to the Elite Eight of the Division II national tournament. He has been South Region Coach of the Year three times, SSC Coach of the Year six times and national Coach of the Year in 1991. The native of the U.S. Virgin Islands is a 1983 graduate of Tampa (Magna Cum Laude) where he was named winner of the outstanding Physical Education Department student award. His wife Linda (Hadfield) is a former Tampa standout in basketball and volleyball and a member of the Tampa Hall of Fame.
