Bill "Doc" Connors - Florida Southern College, Athletic Trainer
Conners worked with Florida Southern athletic teams from 1949 to 1990 as a trainer, setting high standards for trainers in the Sunshine State Conference. He was the leader among SSC trainers and helped many young trainers start their careers. Later in his career he worked with athletic teams as the school's equipment manager. Connors was honored posthumously. He passed away August 26, 1994.
