Allison Macsas – Tampa Women’s Cross Country (2002-05)
Macsas was four-time All-Sunshine State Conference selection. She garnered SSC Runner of the Year honors three times, finishing first at the SSC Championship in 2003, 2004, and 2005. She was a two-time All-American and a three-time All-South Region honoree. Macsas still holds the Tampa 5K record, posting a time of 17:16 at the UF Gator Invitational in 2005. Also a standout in the classroom, she was named CoSIDA Academic All-America in 2004 and 2005.
