MELBOURNE, Fla. – The Sunshine State Conference sends seven teams to the 2014 NCAA Division II Fall Festival in Louisville, Kentucky. Tampa volleyball, Lynn men's soccer, and Rollins women's soccer will compete on December 4. Florida Southern men, Tampa women, Saint Leo men & women as well as Justin McMaster, Florida Tech, will run in the cross country national championship on December 6th.

TAMPA, Fla. – The No. 1 ranked University of Tampa Spartans volleyball team (31-1) defeated the No. 19 Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish (30-4) by a 3-1 score (25-23, 25-14, 26-28, 25-12), awarding the Spartans a trip to the NCAA Division II National Championship.

Young Harris, Ga. – Trailing 1-0 with 42 minutes remaining in its season, Lynn University's third-ranked men's soccer team used a 30 minute lightning delay to regroup and collect itself before using a four-goal barrage in 14 minutes to pull out a 4-1 victory over No. 2 Young Harris in the NCAA Quarterfinals. The Fighting Knights will be making their third NCAA national semifinals appearance in the last four seasons and seventh overall since 1996.

WINTER PARK, Fla. – Down a score in the first half, eighth-ranked Rollins fought back with a pair of unanswered goals to defeat Columbus State, 2-1, in Sunday’s National Quarterfinal. The Tars now move on to the National Semifinal for the first time in program history, traveling to Louisville, Ky. on December 4th. Before this year, Rollins had never gotten out of the third round.
