2015 SSC Lacrosse Championship Central
MELBOURNE, Fla. – The pairings for the 2015 Second Annual Sunshine State Conference Men’s Lacrosse Championship have been solidified. The second-ever conference tournament will begin on Friday, April 24th with the semifinal round and will conclude on Sunday, April 26th with the championship game. Each game will be played at the University of Tampa.
Tampa goes into the tournament as the No. 1 seed and will have home field advantage after finishing the SSC regular season 5-0. They will host the No. 4 seed Lynn (2-3) after they played their way in on the last day of the regular season. No. 2 Florida Tech will be the home team of the first semifinal after going 3-2 in the SSC during the regular season. They will face off against No. 3 Rollins College (2-3).

2014 Championship Results
In last year’s inaugural men’s championship, the Tampa Spartans defeated the Florida Southern Moccasins by a score of 11-6. Tampa was the top seed for the tournament and defeated fourth seeded Rollins to advance to the championship game. Florida Southern was the No. 2 seed in the first-ever tournament and defeated No. 3 Saint Leo for the right to travel to Tampa for the title game. Women's Tournament - Tournament Program

Florida Southern enters the first ever SSC women’s lacrosse tournament as the No. 1 seed and will have home field advantage after finishing 4-0 in conference play. They will face off against No. 4 seed Saint Leo/Florida Tech, who will play Wednesday for the last regular season game. The first semifinal will put No. 2 Rollins up against the winner of Wednesday’s Saint Leo/Florida Tech game. Rollins locked up the No. 2 seed by going 3-1 in SSC play.
