Henriott Headlines Daktronics All-South Region Softball Team

Pitcher of the Year Deanna Henriott highlighted twelve SSC softball players who were named to the 2012 Daktronics All-South Region Softball Team, which was announced Tuesday.
Henriott was named the region's top pitcher after compiling a 21-6 record with a 1.13 ERA. She tossed 13 shutouts. In 192.0 innings of work, Henriott struck out 308 batters while allowing only 42 walks.
The team is sponsored by Daktronics, Inc., an acknowledged world leader in scoring, timing and programmable display systems for virtually every sport at every level of competition. The team is voted on by the NCAA Division II members of the College Sports Information Directors of America (D2SIDA), with the online nomination and voting process powered by ATHLETICSITE.COM.
